How can stories create a more connected community? Join Marquette’s Arts and Culture Coordinator for a guided walk along the downtown shoreline, highlighting three sites along the city’s new Cultural Trail. Along the one-mile easy-paced loop, we’ll consider how this stretch of downtown lakeshore has changed over time, and preview the stories still being written through projects planned for the years ahead. Participants will get a sneak peek at the Cultural Trailhead, a new public space that introduces Marquette through local arts, culture, and hosts civic conversations. Come curious and ready to contemplate your own role in the story of this place.
