The Fresh Coast Film Festival is hosted by several venues around Marquette. We couldn’t bring this festival to life without the generous support of these venues-please buy their beer, eat their food and thank them profusely like we do. The festival headquarters will be located at the Marquette Commons. Most venues are within a half-mile walk. Some venues may have limited seating.

Fresh Coast Free!
Fresh Coast Basecamp at Lower Harbor Park
Join us for Fresh Coast Free, the annual kickoff event for the Fresh Coast Film Festival. Our free festival kickoff starts at 5pm with Marquette’s food trucks and a bluegrass concert at the Fresh Coast Basecamp tent in Lower Harbor Park. This family-friendly event is open to all, so bring a blanket, lawn chair, and enjoy.
Film screenings and announcements begin at 7pm.

Join Fresh Coast filmmakers, film subjects, and friends for panel discussions on Saturday and Sunday. Grab a coffee and gather in the new upstairs space of Evergreen Market (connected to Donckers) for inspiring morning conversations.
Coffee is served at 8:30 AM with conversations between 9:00 AM and 9:45 AM.
